On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter the email associated with your Kochi account. We will send a time-limited link that lets you choose a new password.

Reset links are single-use and expire. Never forward them in chat apps, and never share verification codes with someone who contacts you unexpectedly—even if they claim to be support.
- Use a unique passphrase or password manager entry for Kochi.
