How to book an assessment
Request an appointment with a certified assessor from your dashboard, prepare the right information, and understand what happens after you submit a booking request.
Open your Kochi dashboard and navigate to Assessments (or the equivalent entry point shown for your account type). You will see assessors who serve your area and match your stated needs.
Submit a booking request
Choose a time window that works for you and add a short note about accessibility requirements for the visit (parking, step-free access, interpreter needs, or preferred communication format).
Submit the request and watch for notifications—assessors may propose a nearby slot if your first choice is unavailable.
Before the appointment
Upload any requested documents ahead of time to avoid delays. Charge devices you will use during a remote session and test your camera and microphone if the visit is virtual.
- List current equipment and what worked or did not work about each item.
- Note pain points or near-miss incidents so the assessor can prioritize risk reduction.
