Some programmes allow assessors to help clients who face barriers to self-checkout—limited connectivity, literacy, or short-term capacity. Kochi supports that workflow only where your permissions and local policy allow it.

Consent and communication

Always confirm in writing—inside the platform when possible—which items the client has agreed to, who pays, and what happens if delivery dates slip.

Prefer shared visibility: the client should see the same cart and status you see, unless a documented exception applies.
